ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਕੌਮਨਵੈਲਥ ਗੇਮਸ, ਏਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਗੇਮਸ, ਏਸ਼ੀਅਨ ਪੈਰਾ ਗੇਮਸ, ਯੂਥ ਓਲੰਪਿਕਸ ਜਿਹੇ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ 200 ਤੋਂ ਅਧਿਕ ਮੈਡਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਵਾਏ ਹਨ ।
The players benefitting from this scheme have brought more than 200 medals to the country in competitions like Commonwealth Games, Asian Games, Asian Para Games and Youth Olympics.
ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ ਯੋਜਨਾ 1. ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ 53 ਅਤਿ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਨਿਰਮਾਤਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ 6 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਜੋ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਵਾਧੇ ’ਤੇ ਅਧਾਰਿਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਲਈ 2019-20 ਨੂੰ ਅਧਾਰ ਵਰ੍ਹਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
Production Linked Incentive Scheme Financial incentive will be given to eligible manufacturers of identified 53 critical bulk drugs on their incremental sales over the base year (2019-20) for a period of 6 years.
ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ: ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ: ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਲਾਰਾ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਦੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਲਾਗਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਰਭਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਮੀ ਆਵੇਗੀ।
Impact: Promotion of Bulk Drug Parks: The scheme is expected to reduce manufacturing cost of bulk drugs in the country and dependency on other countries for bulk drugs.
ਲਾਗੂਕਰਨ: ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ ਸਟੇਟ ਇੰਪਲੀਮੈਂਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ (ਐੱਸਆਈਏ) ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਸਬੰਧਿਤ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਕਰਨਗੀਆਂ । 3 ਮੈਗਾ ਬਲਕ ਡਰੱਗ ਪਾਰਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਨਿਰਧਾਰਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Implementation: Promotion of Bulk Drug Parks The scheme will be implemented by State Implementing Agencies (SIA) to be set up by the respective State Governments and the target is to set up 3 mega Bulk Drug Parks.
ਗਾਰਮੈਂਟਸ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਡ-ਅਪਸ ਕੱਪੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਈ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਆਰਓਐੱਸਸੀਟੀਐੱਲ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਕੱਪੜਾ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਿਤ ਦਿਸ਼ਾ-ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉੱਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨ ਦੇ ਬਿਨਾ 1 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2020 ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗੀ , ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਆਰਓਐੱਸਸੀਟੀਐੱਲ ਦਾ ਆਰਓਡੀਟੀਈਪੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਲੇਵਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ।
RoSCTL scheme for apparel and made-ups will be continued with effect from 1st April, 2020 without any change in scheme guidelines and rates as notified by Ministry of Textiles till such time that the RoSCTL is merged with RoDTEP.

The Package also includes a 3 month free supply of foodgrains, pulses and gas under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana in order to support them from the economic vagaries arising out of the impact of the Corona Virus.

Funds are available with these States under the said scheme and additional funds, if any required shall be made available by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.
