ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਸਤਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਲਈ 61 ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 126 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
For comprehensive and all-round development of border villages , it has been decided to develop 61 model villages for which Rs. 126 crores have been released to the State Governments.
ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜਲ ਸਵਾਵਲੰਬਨ ਅਭਿਆਨ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ 4 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।

So, I had told them that I wished to know about the hospitals and schools in their small villages.
ਅੱਜ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਪਿੰਡ ਤੱਕ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਈ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ ।
Today, efforts are on to provide every village with electricity.
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਲਵਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਣਾਏ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਲਈ ਰਾਜਸਥਾਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਲਵਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸ਼ਨਗੜ੍ਹ ਬਾਸ (Bas) ਤਹਿਸੀਲ ਦੇ ਕੋਹਰਾਪੀਪਲੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿੱਚ 15 ਏਕੜ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉਪਲੱਬਧ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਹੈ।
Shri Naqvi said that the Rajasthan Government has given 15 acres of land in Kohrapipali village in Kishangarh Bas tehsil of Alwar district for this educational institute.

Friends, Our villages have always been conscious about the nature, they have remained connected to the nature.
ਇਸ ਲਈ ਰਾਜ ਦੇ 11 ਕਰੋੜ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ-ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਮਹਾਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਸਾਫ-ਸੁਥਰੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਰਹਿਣਗੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਡਾਇਰੀਆ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਅਨੇਕ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਗ਼ਰੀਬ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਜੀਵਨ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
This will not only keep the streets and villages of Maharashtra clean but will also protect the lives of the children belonging to the poor farmer families by preventing several diseases like diarrhoea.
ਸਾਥੀਓ , ਯੂਪੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਇਹ ਯਤਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਬੱਧਤਾ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਪਿੰਡ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਾਡੇ ਆਰਥਕ ਚਿੰਤਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਬਣੇ ਹਨ।
Friends, These efforts in UP are part of that commitment of the central government as a result of which the villages and the farmers have become an important part of our economic planning.
ਗੰਗਾ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲਗਭਗ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਹੁਣ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਖਾਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਕਤ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
Now almost all the villages on the banks of river Ganga have become Open Defecation Free.
