ऐ ईमान लानेवालो अपने बाप और अपने भाइयों को अपने मित्र न बनाओ यदि ईमान के मुक़ाबले में कुफ़्र उन्हें प्रिय हो तुममें से जो कोई उन्हें अपना मित्र बनाएगा तो ऐसे ही लोग अत्याचारी होंगे

और जब कोई सूरा नाज़िल किया गया तो उन मुनाफिक़ीन में से एक दूसरे से पूछता है कि भला इस सूरे ने तुममें से किसी का ईमान बढ़ा दिया तो जो लोग ईमान ला चुके हैं उनका तो इस सूरे ने ईमान बढ़ा दिया और वह वहां उसकी ख़ुशियाँ मनाते है
