हालाकि इसमें तो शक ही नहीं कि हमने तुम्हारे बाप आदम को पैदा किया फिर तुम्हारी सूरते बनायीं फिर हमनें फ़रिश्तों से कहा कि तुम सब के सब आदम को सजदा करो तो सब के सब झुक पड़े मगर शैतान कि वह सजदा करने वालों में शामिल न हुआ
Verily We created you and gave you form and shape and ordered the angels to bow before Adam in homage and they all bowed but Iblis who was not among those who bowed
तब हमने उनको और उनके घर वालों को नजात दी मगर सिर्फ एक उनकी बीबी को कि वह अपनी बदआमाली से पीछे रह जाने वालों में थी
