And whosoever turns away (blinds himself) from the remembrance of the Most Beneficent (Allah) (i. e. this Quran and worship of Allah), We appoint for him Shaitan (Satan - devil) to be a Qarin (an intimate companion) to him.
और उसने अपनी मेहरबानी से तुम्हारे वास्ते रात और दिन को बनाया ताकि तुम रात में आराम करो और दिन में उसके फज़ल व करम (रोज़ी) की तलाश करो और ताकि तुम लोग शुक्र करो
And with His mercy He made the night and day for you, so that you may rest during the night and seek His munificence during the day, and for you to be thankful.
ऐ मेरी क़ौम ये ख़ुदा की (भेजी हुई) ऊँटनी है तुम्हारे वास्ते (मेरी नबूवत का) एक मौजिज़ा है तो इसको (उसके हाल पर) छोड़ दो कि ख़ुदा की ज़मीन में (जहाँ चाहे) खाए और उसे कोई तकलीफ न पहुँचाओ
And, O my people! this will be (as) Allah's she-camel for you, a sign; therefore leave her to pasture on Allah's earth and do not touch her with evil, for then a near chastisement will overtake you.
यही लोग हक़ीक़तन काफ़िर हैं और हमने काफ़िरों के वास्ते ज़िल्लत देने वाला अज़ाब तैयार कर रखा है
Are verily the real unbelievers. And We have reserved for unbelievers an ignominious punishment.
और जब हमारी आयतों में से किसी आयत पर वाक़िफ़ हो जाता है तो उसकी हँसी उड़ाता है ऐसे ही लोगों के वास्ते ज़लील करने वाला अज़ाब है
As for he who knows something of Our verses and then mocks them for those there is a humiliating punishment.
और जो शख़्श ख़ुदा की चाह से अन्धा बनता है हम (गोया ख़ुद) उसके वास्ते शैतान मुक़र्रर कर देते हैं तो वही उसका (हर दम का) साथी है
As for one who turns away from the remembrance of the Gracious God, We appoint for him a devil, who will become his intimate companion.
और हम ये मिसाले लोगों के (समझाने) के वास्ते बयान करते हैं और उन को तो बस उलमा ही समझते हैं
As for these similitudes, We coin them for mankind, but none will grasp their meaning save the wise.
(दूसरों को तो क्या) बल्कि उसी को पुकारोगे फिर अगर वह चाहेगा तो जिस के वास्ते तुमने उसको पुकारा है उसे दफा कर देगा और (उस वक्त) तुम दूसरे माबूदों को जिन्हे तुम (ख़ुदा का) शरीक समझते थे भूल जाओगे
