(ऐ रसूल) ख़ुदा की (अपनी) कसम तुमसे पहले उम्मतों के पास बहुतेरे पैग़म्बर भेजे तो शैतान ने उनकी कारस्तानियों को उम्दा कर दिखाया तो वही (शैतान) आज भी उन लोगों का सरपरस्त बना हुआ है हालॉकि उनके वास्ते दर्दनाक अज़ाब है
By God, assuredly We sent Messengers to nations before thee, but Satan decked out fair to them their deeds; he is their protector today, and there yet awaits them a painful chastisement.
और हमने यक़ीनी उस (उलटी हुई बस्ती) में से समझदार लोगों के वास्ते (इबरत की) एक वाज़ेए व रौशन निशानी बाक़ी रखी है
Certainly We have left of it a manifest sign for people who exercise their reason.
(ऐ रसूल) तुम उनके माल की ज़कात लो (और) इसकी बदौलत उनको (गुनाहो से) पाक साफ करों और उनके वास्ते दुआएं ख़ैर करो क्योंकि तुम्हारी दुआ इन लोगों के हक़ में इत्मेनान (का बाइस है) और ख़ुदा तो (सब कुछ) सुनता (और) जानता है
Collect religious tax (zakat) from them to purify and cleanse them and pray for them; your prayers give them comfort. God is All-hearing and All-knowing.
(ऐ रसूल) ईमानदारों से कह दो कि अपनी नज़रों को नीची रखें और अपनी शर्मगाहों की हिफाज़त करें यही उनके वास्ते ज्यादा सफाई की बात है ये लोग जो कुछ करते हैं ख़ुदा उससे यक़ीनन ख़ूब वाक़िफ है
Command the Muslim men to keep their gaze low and to protect their private organs; that is much purer for them; indeed Allah is Aware of their deeds.
फिर जब हम उनसे उस वक्त क़े वास्ते जिस तक वह ज़रूर पहुँचते अज़ाब को हटा लेते तो फिर फौरन बद अहदी करने लगते
Consequently whenever We lifted the punishment from them for a term which they must reach, they used to then turn away.
और तुम अपनी क़समों को आपस में के फसाद का सबब न बनाओ ताकि (लोगों के) क़दम जमने के बाद (इस्लाम से) उखड़ जाएँ और फिर आख़िरकार क़यामत में तुम्हें लोगों को ख़ुदा की राह से रोकने की पादाश (रोकने के बदले) में अज़ाब का मज़ा चखना पड़े और तुम्हारे वास्ते बड़ा सख्त अज़ाब हो
Do not make your oaths a means of deceiving one another or else your foot may slip after having been firm, and you may suffer evil consequences because of hindering people from the way of Allah. A mighty chastisement awaits you.
और तुम अपनी क़समों को आपस में के फसाद का सबब न बनाओ ताकि (लोगों के) क़दम जमने के बाद (इस्लाम से) उखड़ जाएँ और फिर आख़िरकार क़यामत में तुम्हें लोगों को ख़ुदा की राह से रोकने की पादाश (रोकने के बदले) में अज़ाब का मज़ा चखना पड़े और तुम्हारे वास्ते बड़ा सख्त अज़ाब हो
Do not take oaths to deceive each other, lest your foot should slip after its firmness, lest you should taste evil, for you barred others from the Path of Allah, and lest a mighty punishment awaits you.
मगर (हॉ) जिन लोगों ने (निफ़ाक़ से) तौबा कर ली और अपनी हालत दुरूस्त कर ली और ख़ुदा से लगे लिपटे रहे और अपने दीन को महज़ ख़ुदा के वास्ते निरा खरा कर लिया तो ये लोग मोमिनीन के साथ (बेहिश्त में) होंगे और मोमिनीन को ख़ुदा अनक़रीब ही बड़ा (अच्छा) बदला अता फ़रमाएगा
Except for those who repent, correct themselves, hold fast to Allah, and are sincere in their religion for Allah, for those will be with the believers. And Allah is going to give the believers a great reward.
मगर (हॉ) जहन्नुम का रास्ता (दिखा देगा) जिसमें ये लोग हमेशा (पडे) रहेंगे और ये तो ख़ुदा के वास्ते बहुत ही आसान बात है
Except the path of Hell; they will abide therein for ever. And that, for Allah, is [ always ] easy.
मगर (हॉ) जहन्नुम का रास्ता (दिखा देगा) जिसमें ये लोग हमेशा (पडे) रहेंगे और ये तो ख़ुदा के वास्ते बहुत ही आसान बात है
