किन्तु जो अच्छे कर्म करेगा, चाहे पुरुष हो या स्त्री, यदि वह ईमानवाला है तो ऐसे लोग जन्नत में दाख़िल होंगे। और उनका हक़ रत्ती भर भी मारा नहीं जाएगा
But whoever works righteousness, whether male or female, and is a believer — those will enter Paradise, and will not be wronged a whit.
और जब ख़ुद उनके पास तौरेत है और उसमें ख़ुदा का हुक्म (मौजूद) है तो फिर तुम्हारे पास फैसला कराने को क्यों आते हैं और (लुत्फ़ तो ये है कि) इसके बाद फिर (तुम्हारे हुक्म से) फिर जाते हैं ओर सच तो यह है कि यह लोग ईमानदार ही नहीं हैं
But why do they come to thee for decision, when they have (their own) law before them? - therein is the (plain) command of Allah; yet even after that, they would turn away. For they are not (really) People of Faith.
और जब ख़ुद उनके पास तौरेत है और उसमें ख़ुदा का हुक्म (मौजूद) है तो फिर तुम्हारे पास फैसला कराने को क्यों आते हैं और (लुत्फ़ तो ये है कि) इसके बाद फिर (तुम्हारे हुक्म से) फिर जाते हैं ओर सच तो यह है कि यह लोग ईमानदार ही नहीं हैं
But why do they come to you for judgement when they have the Torah, which enshrines God's own judgement? Yet, in spite of that, they turn their backs; and certainly they will not believe.
और जब ख़ुद उनके पास तौरेत है और उसमें ख़ुदा का हुक्म (मौजूद) है तो फिर तुम्हारे पास फैसला कराने को क्यों आते हैं और (लुत्फ़ तो ये है कि) इसके बाद फिर (तुम्हारे हुक्म से) फिर जाते हैं ओर सच तो यह है कि यह लोग ईमानदार ही नहीं हैं
But why should they make you a judge when the Torah is with them which contains the Law of God? Even then they turn away. They are those who will never believe.
ऐसे लोग जिनको ख़ुदा के ज़िक्र और नमाज़ पढ़ने और ज़कात अदा करने से न तो तिजारत ही ग़ाफिल कर सकती है न (ख़रीद फरोख्त) (का मामला क्योंकि) वह लोग उस दिन से डरते हैं जिसमें ख़ौफ के मारे दिल और ऑंखें उलट जाएँगी
By men who neither trading nor commerce distracts them from God's remembrance, and from performing the prayers, and from giving alms. They fear a Day when hearts and sights are overturned.

अपने परवरदिगार के हुक्म से हर वक्त फ़ला (फूला) रहता है और ख़ुदा लोग ों के वास्ते (इसलिए) मिसालें बयान फरमाता है ताकि लोग नसीहत व इबरत हासिल करें
By the leave of its Lord its fruit in all seasons, God presents words of wisdom to men that they might reflect.
जो लोग ख़ुदा की ख़ुशनूदी के पाबन्द हैं उनको तो उसके ज़रिए से राहे निजात की हिदायत करता है और अपने हुक्म से (कुफ़्र की) तारीकी से निकालकर (ईमान की) रौशनी में लाता है और राहे रास्त पर पहुंचा देता है
By which Allah guides those who pursue His pleasure to the ways of peace and brings them out from darknesses into the light, by His permission, and guides them to a straight path.
तो क्या ये लोग ख़ुदा की तद्बीर से ढीट हो गए हैं तो (याद रहे कि) ख़ुदा के दॉव से घाटा उठाने वाले ही निडर हो बैठे हैं
Can they remain secure against the plan of God? Only they feel secure against the plan of God who are certain of being ruined.
आख़िर क्या वे अल्लाह की चाल से निश्चिन्त हो गए थे? तो (समझ लो उन्हें टोटे में पड़ना ही था, क्योंकि) अल्लाह की चाल से तो वही लोग निश्चित होते है, जो टोटे में पड़नेवाले होते है
Can they remain secure against the plan of God? Only they feel secure against the plan of God who are certain of being ruined.
एक सिध्दांत यह है कि लोग राजा इसलिए चुनते थे कि उससे कुछ भौतिक लाभ की आशा करते थे।
