Shri Paswan informed the media that under Atma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan, the states and UTs have lifted 6.39 LMT of food grains.

1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2020 ਤੋਂ 47.71 ਐੱਲਐੱਮਟੀ ਅਨਾਜ ਚੁੱਕਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ 1704 ਰੇਲ ਰੈਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Since 1st July 2020, 47.71 LMT food grains have been lifted and transported through 1704 rail rakes.

1 ਜੁਲਾਈ 2020 ਤੋਂ ਉੱਤਰ-ਪੂਰਬੀ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁੱਲ 3.92 ਐੱਲਐੱਮਟੀ ਅਨਾਜ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Total 3.92 LMT food grains have been transported to the North-Eastern States since 1st July 2020.
ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਤਹਿਤ ਅਨਾਜ ਲਈ 3,109 ਕਰੋੜ ਅਤੇ ਚਣੇ ਲਈ 280 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ 100 % ਵਿੱਤੀ ਬੋਝ ਸਹਿ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
The Government of India is bearing 100 financial burden of approximately Rs. 3,109 crores for food grain and Rs 280 crores for gram under this scheme.
ਅਨਾਜ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ 3 ਅਗਸਤ, 2020 ਤੱਕ, ਕੁੱਲ 389.77 ਐੱਲਐੱਮਟੀ ਕਣਕ (ਆਰਐੱਮਐੱਸ 2020-21) ਅਤੇ 752.58 ਐੱਲਐੱਮਟੀ ਚੌਲ (ਕੇਐੱਮਐੱਸ 2019- 20) ਦੀ ਖ਼ਰੀਦ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ।
Food grain Procurement: As on 0.08.2020, total 389.77 LMT wheat (RMS 2020-21) and 752.58 LMT rice (KMS 2019-20) were procured.
