केन्द्रीय परिषद में 47 सदस्य होंगे जिनमें से 14 सदस्य पदेन होंगे, जो विविध एवं संबंधित भूमिकाओं और कार्यकलापों का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे, जबकि शेष 33 सदस्य गैर-पदेन होंगे जो मुख्यत: 15 प्रोफेशनल श्रेणियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे।
The Central Council will comprise 47 members, of which 14 members shall be ex-officio representing diverse and related roles and functions andremaining 33 shall be non-ex-officio members who mainly represent the 15professional categories.
लक्ष्य: o अधिनियम पारित होने के 6 माह के भीतर एक अंतरिम परिषद का गठन किया जाएगा, जो केन्द्रीय परिषद का गठन होने तक दो वर्षों की अवधि के लिए प्रभार संभालेगी।
Targets: An Interim Council will be constituted within 6 months of passing of the Act holding charge for a period of two years until the establishment of the Central Council.
