ਅੱਜ ਚੌਥੇ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯੋਗ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤਰਾਖੰਡ ਦੇ ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਦੇ ਵਣ ਖੋਜ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਪਰਿਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੇ ਇਕੱਠ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਸਨ।
He was addressing a huge gathering on the 4th International Yoga Day held at the Forest Research Institute campus in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਣ ਖੋਜ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਪਰਿਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ 50,000 ਯੋਗ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਯੋਗ ਆਸਣ `ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਯਾਮ ਕੀਤੇ।

ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਵਣ ਖੋਜ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ ਪਰਿਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ 50,000 ਯੋਗ ਵਲੰਟੀਅਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰਨ ਸਮੇਤ ਯੋਗ ਆਸਣ `ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣਾਯਾਮ ਕੀਤੇ।

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ''ਅੱਜ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬੜੇ ਮਾਣ ਦਾ ਪਲ ਹੈ, ਲੋਕ ਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੂਰਜ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਨਿੱਘ ਦਾ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਡਬਲਿਨ ਤੱਕ , ਸ਼ੰਘਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਗੋ ਤੱਕ , ਜਕਾਰਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਲੈਕੇ ਜੌਹਾਨਸਬਰਗ ਤੱਕ ਯੋਗ ਹੁਣ ਹਰ ਪਾਸੇ ਫੈਲਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਦੁਨੀਆ ਭਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਸੰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਨੇ ਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਅਪਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਝਲਕ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਯੋਗ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਉਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਮਿਲਦੀ ਹੈ।
Giving a clear-cut message to the Yoga enthusiasts all over the world, Prime Minister said that the entire world has embraced Yoga and the glimpses of this can be seen in the way International Day of Yoga is celebrated every year.
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਭਲਾਈ ਲਈ ਵੱਡੇ ਜਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਧਾਰ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ।
He further added that Yoga Day has become one of the biggest mass movements in the quest for good health and well-being.
ਯੋਗ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਬੋਲਦਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਹੈ, ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਵੀ।
Talking about the potential of Yoga , Prime Minister said that Yoga has a solution to most of the problems faced by people, as individuals as well as a society.
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ, ਉਸਾਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਤੁੰਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
He said that Yoga could lead to a calm, creative and content life, removing tensions and needless anxiety.
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਯੋਗ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ, ਉਸਾਰੂ ਅਤੇ ਸਤੁੰਸ਼ਟੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤਣਾਅ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਲੋੜੀ ਉਤਸੁਕਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਪਤ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
