इसके बाद दीपक मित्तल और अंकुर गर्ग को सीजीएसटी अधिनियम, 2017 की धारा 69 (1) के तहत 26 नवम्बर, 2019 को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया और उसी दिन गुरुग्राम कोर्ट में न्यायिक मजिस्ट्रेट के समक्ष पेश किया गया।
