And indeed We sent Noble Messengers before you, and made wives and children for them; and it is not the task of any Noble Messenger to bring a sign except by Allah's command; and all promises have a time prescribed.

And indeed We sent several Noble Messengers before you, to their nations – so they came to them with clear signs – We therefore took revenge from the guilty; and it is incumbent upon Our mercy, to help the Muslims.
और निश्चय ही हम जानते है कि तुममें कितने ही ऐसे है जो झुठलाते है
And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it).
और कितने ही चेहरे होंगे जिनपर उस दिन धूल पड़ी होगी,
And many a face will be covered with dust on that day.
आकाशों में कितने ही फ़रिश्ते है, उनकी सिफ़ारिश कुछ काम नहीं आएगी; यदि काम आ सकती है तो इसके पश्चात ही कि अल्लाह अनुमति दे, जिसे चाहे और पसन्द करे।
And many an angel is in the heavens, whose intercession does not benefit the least unless Allah gives permission for whomever He wills, and whom He likes.
