इस उपनियम के स्थान पर एक अन्य प्रावधान जोड़ा गया है। नये प्रावधान में चेतावनी के विभिन्न विकल्प, सामान्य आर्थिक दंड, नामांकन पर रोक तथा मान्यता समाप्त करना शामिल है।
The clause has been replaced with a provision which provides different options for warning, reasonable monetary penalty, reducing intake, stoppage of admission leading up to withdrawal of recognition.
1. उपनियम 10 में उल्लिखित शब्द वाणिज्यिक अपीलीय डिवीजन की जगह वाणिज्यिक डिवीजन शब्द का इस्तेमाल किया जाएगा।
i. In Clause 10 to the Bill, the words, “Commercial Appellate Division” will be substituted by the words, “Commercial Division”.
2. उपनियम 7 के पहले प्रावधान को यह स्पष्ट करने के लिए संशोधित किया जाएगा कि उक्त प्रावधान लंबित मामलों में भी इस्तेमाल होगा।
ii. First Proviso to Clause 7 of the Bill will also be amended to clarify that the said proviso will also be applicable to the pending cases.
उपनियम 7 के पहले प्रावधान से उक्त प्रावधान में और स्पष्टता आएगी।
Amendment in Proviso to Clause 7 of the Bill will bring more clarity about the said clause.
15वें वित्त आयोग का गठन संविधान के अनुच्छेद 280 के उपनियम (1) के तहत किया गया है, जो 27 नवम्बर, 2017 से प्रभावी है।

वित्त मंत्रालय जीएसटी का कार्य करने वालों के पंजीयन की पुष्टि के लिए परीक्षा जीएसटी का कार्य करने वालों को नियम 83 (1) (बी) और नियम 83 (3) के दूसरे उपनियम के तहत 31 दिसंबर, 2018 से पहले उक्त परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण होना आवश्यक है।
Ministry of Finance Examination for Confirmation of Enrollment of GST Practitioners The GSTPs covered under rule 83(1)(b) read with second proviso to rule 83 (3) of said rules, are required to pass the said examination before 31.12.2018.
सम्बद्धता उपनियम पहली बार 1998 में बनाए गए थे और अंतिम बार 2012 में उन्हें दुरुस्त किया गया था।
