The CbC Report is to be furnished by the ultimate parent entity of an International Group in the country or territory of its residence.
सीबीसी रिपोर्ट किसी भी अंतर्राष्ट्रीय समूह की परम जनक इकाई द्वारा अपने निवास स्थल वाले देश अथवा क्षेत्र में प्रस्तुत करनी है।
As specified under sub-section (2) of Section 286, the said Report is to be furnished on or before the due date specified under Section 139(1) of the Act for furnishing of return of income for the relevant accounting year.
जैसा कि धारा 286 की उप-धारा (2) में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है, उपर्युक्त रिपोर्ट संबंधित लेखांकन वर्ष हेतु आयकर रिटर्न पेश करने के लिए अधिनियम की धारा 139 (1) में निर्दिष्ट तिथि को या उससे पहले प्रस्तुत करनी है।
The date for furnishing of CbC Report under sub-section (2) of Section 286 for FY 2016-17 was subsequently extended to 31stMarch, 2018 vide CBDT Circular No.
वित्त वर्ष 2016-17 की धारा 286 की उप-धारा (2) के तहत सीबीसी रिपोर्ट पेश करने की तिथि बाद में बढ़ाकर 31 मार्च, 2018 कर दी गई।
In order to allay the aforesaid apprehensions, it is hereby clarified that the due date of 31st March, 2018 applies for furnishing of CbC Report under sub-section (2) of Section 286 only and not under sub-section (4) of the said Section.
उपर्युक्त आशंकाएं दूर करने के लिए यहां यह स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि 31 मार्च, 2018 की नियत तिथि केवल धारा 286 की उप-धारा (2) के तहत सीबीसी रिपोर्ट पेश करने के लिए ही लागू अथवा मान्य है, जबकि उपर्युक्त धारा की उप-धारा (4) के तहत यह लागू नहीं है।
It is further stated that the Finance Bill, 2018 (as passed by the Lok Sabha) has proposed that the due date for furnishing of CbC Report under sub-section (4) of Section 286 shall be as prescribed.
इसके साथ ही यह भी जानकारी दी गई है कि वित्त विधेयक, 2018 (जैसा कि लोकसभा में पारित हुआ है) के तहत यह प्रस्ताव किया गया है कि धारा 286 की उप-धारा (4) के तहत सीबीसी रिपोर्ट पेश करने की नियत तिथि निर्धारित की जाएगी।

Accordingly, the time for furnishing of CbC Report under sub-section (4) of Section 286 of the Act is proposed to be prescribed after the enactment of Finance Bill, 2018.
तदनुसार, आयकर अधिनियम की धारा 286 की उप-धारा (4) के तहत सीबीसी रिपोर्ट पेश करने की तिथि को वित्त विधेयक, 2018 के कानूनी स्वरूप प्राप्त करने के बाद निर्धारित करना प्रस्तावित किया गया है।
