ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਬੋਲਦੇ ਹੋਏ, ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਜਨ-ਧਨ ਯੋਜਨਾ, ਬੀਮਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ, ਮੁਦਰਾ ਯੋਜਨਾ, ਉੱਜਵਲ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਡਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਹੂਲਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਦਾ ਹਰਣ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਯੋਜਨਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਗਰੀਬ ਤੋਂ ਗਰੀਬ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ।
Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister gave examples of the success of Jan Dhan Yojana, insurance schemes, Mudra Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, and Udan, to highlight how the Union Government is implementing schemes which benefit the poorest of the poor.

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀ ਈਮੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ’ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ-ਦਿਮਾਗ (ਮਨ-ਮਸਤਕ) ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਠਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਨੈਤਿਕ ਕਦਰਾਂ-ਕੀਮਤਾਂ ਜੀਵਨ ਭਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
