That is because they believed, then disbelieved, because of this a seal has been set upon their hearts so they are unable to understand.
ये इस सबब से कि जिस चीज़ों से ख़ुदा नाख़ुश है उसकी तो ये लोग पैरवी करते हैं और जिसमें ख़ुदा की ख़ुशी है उससे बेज़ार हैं तो ख़ुदा ने भी उनकी कारस्तानियों को अकारत कर दिया
That is because they follow what is displeasing to Allah and are averse to His pleasure, therefore He has made null their deeds.
ये इस सबब से कि तुम लोगों ने ख़ुदा की आयतों को हँसी ठट्ठा बना रखा था और दुनयावी ज़िन्दगी ने तुमको धोखे में डाल दिया था ग़रज़ ये लोग न तो आज दुनिया से निकाले जाएँगे और न उनको इसका मौका दिया जाएगा कि (तौबा करके ख़ुदा को) राज़ी कर ले
That is because you made a mockery of God's revelations and were deluded by the life of this world. 'Therefore, today they will not be brought out of the Fire, nor will they be allowed to make amends.

That is because you took God's revelations for a joke, and the worldly life lured you.' So today they will not be brought out of it, and they will not be allowed to repent.

That is because you took the communications of Allah for a jest and the life of this world deceived you. So on that day they shall not be brought forth from it, nor shall they be granted goodwill.
