जिसकी मोहर मिश्क की होगी और उसकी तरफ अलबत्ता शायक़ीन को रग़बत करनी चाहिए
The seal thereof will be Musk And for this let those aspire who have aspirations
फिर ज़रा ग़ौर तो करो फिर हमने नूह के बाद और रसूलों को अपनी क़ौम के पास भेजा तो वह पैग़म्बर उनके पास वाजेए (खुले हुए) व रौशन मौजिज़े लेकर आए इस पर भी जिस चीज़ को ये लोग पहले झुठला चुके थे उस पर ईमान (न लाना था) न लाए हम यूंही हद से गुज़र जाने वालों के दिलों पर (गोया) खुद मोहर कर देते हैं
After (Noah) We sent other Messengers to their people with clear authoritative evidence proving their prophetic claims). But how could the people believe what they had previously called lies? Thus do We seal the hearts of the transgressors.
फिर ज़रा ग़ौर तो करो फिर हमने नूह के बाद और रसूलों को अपनी क़ौम के पास भेजा तो वह पैग़म्बर उनके पास वाजेए (खुले हुए) व रौशन मौजिज़े लेकर आए इस पर भी जिस चीज़ को ये लोग पहले झुठला चुके थे उस पर ईमान (न लाना था) न लाए हम यूंही हद से गुज़र जाने वालों के दिलों पर (गोया) खुद मोहर कर देते हैं
After him We sent Messengers to their nation. They brought them clear signs, but they were not of those to believe because they had belied it previously. SoWe seal the hearts of the evildoers.
फिर ज़रा ग़ौर तो करो फिर हमने नूह के बाद और रसूलों को अपनी क़ौम के पास भेजा तो वह पैग़म्बर उनके पास वाजेए (खुले हुए) व रौशन मौजिज़े लेकर आए इस पर भी जिस चीज़ को ये लोग पहले झुठला चुके थे उस पर ईमान (न लाना था) न लाए हम यूंही हद से गुज़र जाने वालों के दिलों पर (गोया) खुद मोहर कर देते हैं
After him We sent other messengers to their respective peoples, and they brought them clear proofs. But they would not believe in the truth, because they had rejected it before. Thus We seal up the hearts of the transgressors.
फिर ज़रा ग़ौर तो करो फिर हमने नूह के बाद और रसूलों को अपनी क़ौम के पास भेजा तो वह पैग़म्बर उनके पास वाजेए (खुले हुए) व रौशन मौजिज़े लेकर आए इस पर भी जिस चीज़ को ये लोग पहले झुठला चुके थे उस पर ईमान (न लाना था) न लाए हम यूंही हद से गुज़र जाने वालों के दिलों पर (गोया) खुद मोहर कर देते हैं
Afterwards We sent many messengers who brought clear proofs to their peoples. But they were not prepared to believe what they had once denied. That is how We seal the hearts of the iniquitous.

इस सबब से कि (ज़ाहिर में) ईमान लाए फिर काफ़िर हो गए, तो उनके दिलों पर (गोया) मोहर लगा दी गयी है तो अब ये समझते ही नहीं
All that is because they first believed and then disbelieved, and therefore a seal was set on their hearts; as a result they understand nothing.
उनकी ऑंखों से ऑंसू जारी थे (इल्ज़ाम की) सबील तो सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों पर है जिन्होंने बावजूद मालदार होने के तुमसे (जिहाद में) न जाने की इजाज़त चाही और उनके पीछे रह जाने वाले (औरतों, बच्चों) के साथ रहना पसन्द आया और ख़ुदा ने उनके दिलों पर (गोया) मोहर कर दी है तो ये लोग कुछ नहीं जानते
Blame will lie on those who are rich yet ask your leave to stay behind. They prefer to stay with women who stay at home, and God seals their hearts; so they do not understand.
उनकी ऑंखों से ऑंसू जारी थे (इल्ज़ाम की) सबील तो सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों पर है जिन्होंने बावजूद मालदार होने के तुमसे (जिहाद में) न जाने की इजाज़त चाही और उनके पीछे रह जाने वाले (औरतों, बच्चों) के साथ रहना पसन्द आया और ख़ुदा ने उनके दिलों पर (गोया) मोहर कर दी है तो ये लोग कुछ नहीं जानते
But blame is on those who ask you for exemption, although they are rich. They are content to be with those who stay behind. God has sealed their hearts, so they do not know.
उनकी ऑंखों से ऑंसू जारी थे (इल्ज़ाम की) सबील तो सिर्फ उन्हीं लोगों पर है जिन्होंने बावजूद मालदार होने के तुमसे (जिहाद में) न जाने की इजाज़त चाही और उनके पीछे रह जाने वाले (औरतों, बच्चों) के साथ रहना पसन्द आया और ख़ुदा ने उनके दिलों पर (गोया) मोहर कर दी है तो ये लोग कुछ नहीं जानते
But the blame is to be laid on those who asked permission of you whilst they are rich. They are content to remain with those who stay behind. Allah has set a seal upon their hearts so they do not know.
