(i). Doing away with the requirement for filing a declaration by a company before commencement of business or exercising its borrowing powers and
एचडीसीपीएल की स्थापना कंपनी अधिनियम 1956 के तहत 1978 में की गई थी।

इस अवसर पर वित्‍त, कंपनी मामले और रक्षा मंत्री श्री अरूण जेटली ने कहा कि इस पुस्‍तक के विमोचन का इससे उचित समय कोई नहीं हो सकता।
