हमने नूह और इबराहीम को भेजा और उन दोनों की सन्तान में पैग़म्बरी और क़िताब रख दी। फिर उनमें से किसी ने तो संमार्ग अपनाया; किन्तु उनमें से अधिकतर अवज्ञाकारी थे
And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient.
हमने नूह और इबराहीम को भेजा और उन दोनों की सन्तान में पैग़म्बरी और क़िताब रख दी। फिर उनमें से किसी ने तो संमार्ग अपनाया; किन्तु उनमें से अधिकतर अवज्ञाकारी थे
And We sent Noah, and Abraham, and We appointed the Prophecy and the Book to be among their seed; and some of them are guided, and many of them are ungodly.
और इससे पहले नूह की क़ौम को भी पकड़ा। निश्चय ही वे अवज्ञाकारी लोग थे
And [ We destroyed ] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient.

And assuredly We sent Nuh and Ibrahim, and We placed in the posterity of the twain the prophecy and the Book. Then of them some are guided ones, and many of them are transgressors.
और उन लोगों की तरह न हो जाना जिन्होंने अल्लाह को भुला दिया। तो उसने भी ऐसा किया कि वे स्वयं अपने आपको भूल बैठे। वही अवज्ञाकारी है
And be not as those who forgot Allah, wherefore He caused them to forget their own souls. Those! they are the transgressors.
और उन लोगों की तरह न हो जाना जिन्होंने अल्लाह को भुला दिया। तो उसने भी ऐसा किया कि वे स्वयं अपने आपको भूल बैठे। वही अवज्ञाकारी है
And be not like those who forgot Allah and so He made them oblivious of themselves. They are the wicked ones.
और उन लोगों की तरह न हो जाना जिन्होंने अल्लाह को भुला दिया। तो उसने भी ऐसा किया कि वे स्वयं अपने आपको भूल बैठे। वही अवज्ञाकारी है
And be not like those who forgot Allah, so He made them forget themselves. Those are the defiantly disobedient.
और इससे पहले नूह की क़ौम को भी पकड़ा। निश्चय ही वे अवज्ञाकारी लोग थे
