महिला किसान सशक्तिकरण परियोजना (एमकेएसपी) नामक उपयोजना लगभग 33 लाख महिला किसानों को कृषि उत्पादकता बढ़ाने और आजीविका को विविध संपत्ति आधार देने में समर्थन दे रही है।

The meeting was attended by high-ranking officials of Social Justice, Empowerment and Welfare Department, Government of Sikkim, officials and workers involved in the implementation of centrally-sponsored women and child development schemes, members of NGO, school children and members of the press.

Promotion of Farm Livelihoods DAY-NRLM plans to include another 5 lakh women farmers under its farm livelihoods interventions like sustainable agriculture, livestock and NTFP based activities with major focus on North East states.
