ऐ ईमानवालों जब तुम मोमिना औरतों से (बग़ैर मेहर मुक़र्रर किये) निकाह करो उसके बाद उन्हें अपने हाथ लगाने से पहले ही तलाक़ दे दो तो फिर तुमको उनपर कोई हक़ नहीं कि (उनसे) इद्दा पूरा कराओ उनको तो कुछ (कपड़े रूपये वग़ैरह) देकर उनवाने शाइस्ता से रूख़सत कर दो

O ye who believe! If ye wed believing women and divorce them before ye have touched them, then there is no period that ye should reckon. But content them and release them handsomely.
