नज़र या दृष्टिदोष उस दृष्टि या देखने के लहजे को कहा जाता है जिस से देखे जाने वाले को हानि यो या दुर्भाग्य का सामना करना पड़े। बहुत सी संस्कृतियों में यह मान्यता है कि यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई अन्य व्यक्ति ईर्ष्या या नफ़रत की दृष्टि से देखे तो पहले व्यक्ति पर उसका दुष्प्रभाव पड़ सकता है। इस प्रक्रिया को नज़र लगना कहते हैं। नज़र को टालने के लिए अलग-अलग संस्कृतियों ने कई तरीक़े ढूंढें हैं, जैसे की तावीज़, नज़र बट्टू, मंत्रोच्चारण, विभिन्न टोटके और रस्में, इत्यादि।
