पुस्तक या किताब लिखित या मुद्रित पन्नो के संग्रह को कहते हैं। डिजिटल पुस्तकों को ई-पुस्तक (ई-बुक) कहते हैं जबकि हस्तलिखित पुस्तकों को पांडुलिपियां कहते हैं। एक स्थूल पदार्थ के रूप में पुस्तक सामान्यतः आयताकार पृष्ठों का एक पुलिंदा है जिसे कागज़, पेपिरस, चर्मपत्र या भोजपत्र से निर्मित किया जाता है और जिसे एक ओर से बाँधकर या सीं कर या फिर किसी अन्य माध्यम से एक साथ इस प्रकार से दृढ़ कर दिया जाता है कि उसे सरलता से पढ़ा जा सके।
