पुष्पोद्पादन या फूलों की खेती (floricuture) उद्यानिकी की एक शाखा है जो सुन्दर फूल देने वाले पौधों की खेती के साथ सजावटी पौधों की खेती से सम्बन्धित है। पादप प्रजनन के माध्यम से नई किस्मों का विकास, फूलों की खेती करने वालों का एक प्रमुख व्यवसाय है।
