A snowman is an anthropomorphic snow sculpture of a man often built in regions with sufficient snowfall and is a common winter tradition. In many places, typical snowmen consist of three large snowballs of different sizes with some additional accoutrements for facial and other features. Due to the sculptability of snow, there is also a wide variety of other styles. Common accessories include branches for arms and a smiley face made of stones, with a carrot used for a nose. Clothing, such as a hat or scarf, may be included.

एक हिमूका या स्नोमैन हिम से बना एक मानवरूपी पुतला है जिसे प्राय: उन स्थानों पर बनाया जाता है जहाँ पर्याप्त मात्रा में हिमपात होता है। अमूमन एक हिमूका बनाने के लिए हिम के तीन अलग-अलग आकार के गोलों को बड़े से छोटे के क्रम में एक के ऊपर एक रख कर बनाया जाता है। सबसे नीचे वाला गोला सबसे बड़ा होता है जिससे कमर से निचला हिस्सा या आधार बनाया जाता है, फिर उसके ऊपर उससे छोटा गोला जो हिमूका का धड़ बनाने के काम आता है और अंत में सबसे छोटा गोला जो चेहरे का रूप देने के लिए रखा जाता है। इसके अलावा पेड़ों की सूखी डालियों से बाजू, गाजर से नाक और हिम में गड्ढा करके एक हँसता हुआ चेहरा बनाया जाता है। एक हिमूका को पूरा रूप देने के लिए अक्सर छोटे पत्थरों से आँखें और बटन बनाये जाते हैं और एक मफ़लर और टोपी भी पहनाई जाती है।
