मन मस्तिष्क की उस क्षमता को कहते हैं जो मनुष्य को चिंतन शक्ति, स्मरण-शक्ति, निर्णय शक्ति, बुद्धि, भाव, इंद्रियाग्राह्यता, एकाग्रता, व्यवहार, परिज्ञान (अंतर्दृष्टि), इत्यादि में सक्षम बनाती है। सामान्य भाषा में मन शरीर का वह हिस्सा या प्रक्रिया है जो किसी ज्ञातव्य को ग्रहण करने, सोचने और समझने का कार्य करता है। यह मस्तिष्क का एक प्रकार्य है।

The mind is also associated with experiencing perception, pleasure and pain, belief, desire, intention, and emotion. The mind can include conscious and non-conscious states as well as sensory and non-sensory experiences.
