बिस्कुट आटे को सेककर (पकाना) बनाया गया खाद्य पदार्थ है। अधिकतर देशों में बिस्कुट अक्सर फुलावरहित, सीधा और ठोस होते हैं। ये सामान्यतः मीठे होते हैं और इनको चीनी, चॉकलेट, केक, जाम, अदरक अथवा दालचीनी के साथ बनाया जाता है। ये सुगंधित और उदभ्रांत भी हो सकते हैं। उत्तर अमेरिका में लगभग सभी प्रकार के ठोस मीठे बिस्कुटों को "कुकी" कहा जाता है जबकि "बिस्कुट" शब्द का प्रयोग नरम, ख़मीरवाली क्विक ब्रेड के समरूप टिकिया के लिए काम में लिया जाता है।
