ਬੱਕਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਪਾਲਤੂ ਪਸ਼ੂ ਹੈ।ਇਹ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣ ਪੋਸ਼ਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਜਾਨਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਹਨਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੁੱਧ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਂਸ ਲਈ ਪਾਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਰੇਸ਼ਾ, ਚਰਮ ,ਖਾਦ ਅਤੇ ਬਾਲ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
