ਡੇਕ ਜਾਂ ਧ੍ਰੇਕ ਇਹ ਦਰਮਿਆਨੇ ਕੱਦ ਵਾਲਾ ਪੱਤਝੜ੍ਹੀ ਰੁੱਖ ਹੈ। ਰੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਛਿੱਲ ਗੂੜ੍ਹੇ ਭੂਰੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੀ ਤੇ ਚੀਕਣੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਰੁੱਖ ਛੇਤੀ ਵਧਦਾ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਇਹਦਾ ਛੱਤਰ ਗੋਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਖੁਸ਼ਬੂਦਾਰ ਤੇ ਕਾਸ਼ਨੀ ਜਾਂ ਪਿਆਜੀ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਬਹੁਤ ਘਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਛਾਂ-ਦਾਰ ਦਰਖ਼ਤ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਮੂਲ ਸਥਾਨ ਫਾਰਸ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਰੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਹੀ ਫਾਰਸ ਤੋ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਸਨ। ਹੁਣ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਦੇਸੀਕਰਨ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੇ ਹਿਮਾਲਾ ਦੀਆ ਬਾਹਰੀ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਉੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ।
