दोडका, अर्थात शिराळे, हा दक्षिण आशियापासून आग्नेय आशिया व पूर्व आशियापर्यंत आढळणारा एक वेल आहे. याला दंडगोलाकार, शिरा किंवा कंगोरे असलेल्या सालीची फळे येतात. याची कोवळी फळे भाजी म्हणून पाककृती बनवण्यासाठी वापर होतो, तसेच याची वाळलेली फळे अंघोळीसाठी नैसर्गिक स्पॉंज म्हणून वापरली जातात. दोडक्यांचा वापर आयुर्वेदात, उलटी व जुलाबाचे औषध म्हणून केला जात असे.
