पतलून (पैंट) कमर से लेकर घुटनों या टखनों तक पहना जाने वाला एक परिधान है। यह दोनों पैरों को अलग-अलग ढकता है । बीसवीं सदी के मध्य से महिलाओं द्वारा भी पतलून पहना जाने लगा है।
