हाथीदाँत या गजदन्त हाथी के उन दो दाँतों को कहते हैं जो हाथी के मुँह से बाहर निकले होते हैं और बहुमूल्य माने जाते हैं। पुराने समय में इनसे कई प्रकार की बहुमूल्य वस्तुएँ निर्मित की जाती थीं, यहाँ तक की मनुष्य के नकली दाँत भी इनसे बनते थे। हाथीदाँत के कारण हाथियों का अवैध शिकार किया जाता है तथा उनकी संख्या तेज़ी से गिरने के कारण वह जंगल में संकटग्रस्त हो गये हैं। यही कारण है कि अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर हाथीदाँत के व्यापार पर रोक लगा दी गई है।
हाथीदाँत के कई सजावटी और व्यावहारिक उपयोग हैं। जिन मै हाथ मै पहन ने की चूडियाँ, कंगन ,गहने रखने के बक्से आदि शामिल हैं ! प्लास्टिक के ईजाद से पहले, यह बिलियर्ड गेंदों, पियानो चाबियों, स्कॉटिश बैगपाइप (वाद्ययंत्र), बटन और विस्तृत सजावटी सामान के लिए इस्तेमाल किया गया था। फिर हाथीदाँत के लिए कृत्रिम विकल्प विकसित किये गये। प्लास्टिक पियानो चाबियों को पियानो के जानकार एक निम्न विकल्प मानते हैं, हालांकि हाल में विकसित अन्य कृत्रिम सामग्री हाथीदाँत से बनी पियानो चाबियों का बेहतर अहसास कराती हैं।
