Bread is a staple food prepared from a dough of flour and water, usually by baking. Throughout recorded history and around the world, it has been an important part of many cultures' diet. రొట్టెలు (Bread) ఆహారధాన్యాల పిండికి నీరు కలిపి తయారుచేసిన మెత్తని ఆహార పదార్ధము. వీనిలో కొన్ని ముక్కలుగా కోసి తింటాము. వీనిలో ఉప్పు, కొవ్వు, మెత్తబడడానికి ఈస్టు మొదలైనవి ప్రధానంగా చేరుస్తారు. కొన్నింటిలో పాలు, గుడ్డు, పంచదార, మసాలా దినుసులు, పండ్లు, కూరగాయలు, గింజలు మొదలైనవి కూడా కలుపుతారు. రొట్టెలు మానవులు భుజించే ఆహార పదార్ధాలలో అతి ప్రాచీనమైనవి.
