ਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਇੱਕ ਜਪਾਨੀ ਚਾਵਲ ਦਾ ਕੇਕ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਮੋਸ਼ੀਗੋਮੇ ਅਤੇ ਜਪੋਨਿਕ ਚਿਪਚਿਪੇ ਚਾਵਲ ਦਾ ਬਣਿਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਚਾਵਲ ਨੂੰ ਪੀਸ ਕੇ ਇੱਛਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਦਿਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਾਪਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਰਸਮ ਮੋਸ਼ੀਤਸੂਕੀ ਦੇ ਸਮੇ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਜਪਾਨੀ ਲੋਕ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਲ ਵੀ ਖਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਜਾਪਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਵਰੇ ਉਪਰ ਜਪਾਨੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਖਾਨਾ ਹੈ।
