ಷರಬತ್ತು (ಪಾನಕ) ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಹೂವಿನ ಎಸಳುಗಳಿಂದ ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾದ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಏಷ್ಯಾ, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಉಪಖಂಡ ಹಾಗೂ ಇಂಡೊನೇಷ್ಯಾದ ಒಂದು ಜನಪ್ರಿಯ ಪಾನೀಯವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಸಿಹಿಯಾದ ಪಾನೀಯವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತಂಪಾಗಿಸಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಂದ್ರೀಕೃತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಿ ಚಮಚದಿಂದ ತಿನ್ನಬಹುದು ಅಥವಾ ನೀರಿನಿಂದ ತನೂಕರಿಸಿ ಪಾನೀಯವನ್ನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಬಹುದು.
