निष्ठा किसी देश, दर्शन, समूह या व्यक्ति के प्रति समर्पण है। दार्शनिक इस बात पर असहमत हैं कि निष्ठा की वस्तु क्या हो सकती है, क्योंकि कुछ लोगों का तर्क है कि निष्ठा पूर्णतः पारस्परिक है और केवल कोई अन्य व्यक्ति ही निष्ठा की वस्तु हो सकता है। विधि और राजनीति विज्ञान में निष्ठा की परिभाषा किसी व्यक्ति की किसी राष्ट्र के प्रति निष्ठा है, या तो उसका जन्म का राष्ट्र, या शपथ द्वारा घोषित गृह राष्ट्र (देशीकरण)।
