जबलपुर भारत के मध्यप्रदेश राज्य का एक शहर है। यहाँ पर मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय तथा राज्य न्यायिक अकादमी जहाँ मध्यप्रदेश राज्य के समस्त न्यायधीशों की ट्रेनिंग होती है। तथा राज्य विज्ञान संस्थान है। इसे मध्यप्रदेश की 'संस्कारधानी' तथा जबलपुर को मध्यप्रदेश की न्यायिक राजधानी भी कहा जाता है। थलसेना की छावनी के अलावा यहाँ भारतीय आयुध निर्माणियों के कारखाने तथा पश्चिम-मध्य रेलवे का मुख्यालय भी है।

Jabalpur, formerly Jubbulpore, is a city situated on the banks of Narmada River in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. Jabalpur is also the railway headquarters of the West Central Railway. Jabalpur Cantonment is one of the largest cantonments in India and houses the army headquarters of five states. The city is known for the marble rocks on the river Narmada at Bhedaghat. It is also known as 'Sanskardhani' meaning 'The Cultural Capital' highlighting the city's rich cultural and historical heritage. The city of Jabalpur was among the first 7 smart cities selected for the Smart Cities Mission.
