સફરજન એક એવું ફળ છે જે દુનિયાના ઘણા દેશો મા પ્રાપ્ય છે. આપણા ભારત દેશમાં સફરજન કાશ્મીર, હિમાચલ પ્રદેશ, ઉત્તરાંચલ તેમ જ સિક્કિમ જેવાં ઠંડી તેમ જ ઉંચાઇવાળી ભૌગોલિક પરિસ્થિતિ ધરાવતા રાજ્યોમાં પાકે છે. આથી આપણા દેશમાં આ ફળ થોડું મોંઘુ પરંતુ સર્વત્ર પ્રાપ્ય છે.
