ఆపిల్ (apil) - Meaning in English

ఆపిల్ రోసేసి (Rosaceae) కుటుంబానికి చెందిన పండు. దీనిని తెలుగులో "kasmira phalam " అని కూడా పిలుస్తారు. ఇది పోమ్ (pome) రకానికి చెందినది. ఆపిల్ జాతి చెట్ల నుండి లభిస్తుంది. ఇది విస్తృతంగా సేద్యం చేయబడుతున్న పండ్ల చెట్లలో ఒకటి. ఇది మానవులు ఎక్కువగా తినడానికి ఇష్టపడతారు. ఆపిల్ చెట్లు చిన్న ఆకురాల్చే చెట్లు వసంతకాలంలో పూసి చలికాలంలో పండ్లనిస్తాయి. ఇవి పశ్చిమ ఆసియాలో జన్మించాయి. ఆసియా, యూరప్ దేశాలలో కొన్ని వేల సంవత్సరాలుగా పెంచబడుతున్నది. అక్కడ నుండి దక్షిణ అమెరికాకు విస్తరించింది.
