for “adjust”, do not write argest

On 17.10.2014, problems are indicated at Jodhpur since 20:00 hours, and all commercials at 20:00 have been removed and adjusted in 22:00 hours.
This is wrong and out of timing. If any such thing happens, we must be informed.
There is no informaiton about who did this and what happened.
