Hello, I purchased a subscription, but it has not activated. I checked my spam folder and emailb to see if I needed to activate by email, but have not seen any emails. The app and website both say I have an active subscription, but I still see adds and cannot unlock some of the features. Ie. vocabulary lists (it says to subscribe to have access)
I also tried to log out and clear cache, log back in but no luck (tried on both chrome and Firefox)
