If this is Urdu, then the spelling of the words is not okay and I am unable to read it.

However, if I re-spell the words as follows, then I am able to understand a little bit.

Be gela Ho ma ab kae din se wo parisian ho gaye ho gaye

Be gilaa hoo’n mai’n ab kayee din se बे गिला हूँ मैं अब कई दिन से

voh pareshaan ho gaye, ho gaye वह परेशान हो गये हो गये

If the above is right then a crude translation would be:

For quite a few days, I am without complaint.
He has become worried.
