My answer
1. With no questions were asked.
2.  with no questions being asked.
—Both are wrong.

Phrase means “a small group of words standing together as a conceptual unit, typically forming a component of a clause”.
Example:-
Exam me puchhe gaye questions (a phrase)
—The questions asked in the examination…

Exam me puchhe gaye questions answer karne me tough the. (a sentence)
—The questions asked in the examination were tough to answer.
