Careful for what? It would be okay if you wrote…
You can borrow my bike as long as you take good care of it.
The 2nd:
You will pass the test as long as you study hard.
This sentence doesn’t seem to reach the pitch of the intended meaning. You could say….
either…
You will pass the test if you study hard.
or
You will pass the test as long as you keep the interest in your studies ablaze.
The 3rd…
I didn’t get what is actually intended to say.
The 4th is definitely a natural sentence.

GP Sir ke bataane par, maine Edit ka prayog karke use sudhaar diyaa.
