Alternative translations:

It is technically correct but you must use the plural “ablutions”, not “ablution”
Howevever I dont recommend this word here.
It s normally used when referring to adults and in the context of washing accompanying rites and ceremonies.
It is not normally used for the routine नहाना/धोना activities.
