The correct meaning is:
Man, by virtue of his behaviour, himself reveals the secrets in his mind.
In your translation, “koshish” is not the right word. “koshish” means efforts.
Man does not reveal his secrets by his “efforts”.
For “behaviour”, the right word is “vyavahaar”.
‘kar sakta hai” (which means “can do” ) is also wrong here.
vyakti apne vyvahaar se swayam apne raaz khol deta hai
