उदर, जिसे अनौपचारिक रूप से कभी-कभी पेट भी कह दिया जाता है, मानव और कुछ अन्य कशेरुकी प्राणियों में शरीर के आगे का छाती और कूल्हा के बीच का हिस्सा होता है। उदर में शरीर के अन्दर उदर गुहा कहलाने वाली एक शारीरिक गुहा स्थित होती है, जिसमें आमाशय (पेट), यकृत, पित्ताशय, तिल्ली, अग्न्याशय, आन्त्र, गुर्दे और अधिवृक्क ग्रंथि जैसे महत्वपूर्ण अंग स्थित होते हैं।
