I could not understand the word “narsai”

Please exclude the word narsai, how about the other continuation words..

The first word is the most important!
If you exclude it the sentence will make no sense.
Here are what the other words mean.

dam roke : hold the breath, suffer ,
roke : stop, hold.
khafa : be displeased, angry

If by “narsai” your breath stops/halts, then don’t stop it. Do not be angry / displeased with anyone.

I am not satisfied with this translation, but it is the best I can do.
