Yes you can.
I deliberately used “be talking” to bring out the meaning of “bola karo” even though that is also not exact.
“be talking”  would be correct if the original was “bolte raho”.
But one does make some compromises here and there.
It is not always possible to translate exactly, some expressions that are peculiar to one language.

If the sentence had been Hindi me bolo then I would have written Please talk in Hindi.

Another example is the word “kya” in sentences like kya tum aa rahe ho?
While translating into English, we simply omit the word kya.
Are you coming?
But some people may like to translate it as “are you coming or what?”

There are no hard and fast rules.
One has one’s style and preferences and no one can say which is the correct translation.
