MemberMeine Phone ke regarding complaint karwayi thi ki phone mein hanging problem hai aur speaker mein thodi problem hai. apke yaha se customer executive ka phone aaya tha unhone kuch settings batayi thi lekin phir se wahi problem ho rahi hai. jaisa is phone ke baare mein bataya tha ye bilkul waisa nhi hai. mein bilkul satisfied nhi hu. kya ye exchange ho sakta hai to please procedure bataye.

MemberI had booked a phone complaint as phone hangs frequently & speaker is problematic.
Your customer executive had contacted & asked to do some settings but to no avail.Problems are as it is.
Whatever was promised for this phone is not in actual. I am not at all satisfied.
Pl inform the procedure for the exchange.
